Who can use PsyTechCare?
PsyTechCare can be used by psychologists, psychotherapists, counselors, private clinics, schools, hospitals, and mental health professionals. Scenarios that don't require professional supervision (such as meditation) are also suitable for individual use.
In what areas can PsyTechCare be used?
It can be used as a supportive tool in many conditions: test anxiety, anger control, stress management, social phobia, PTSD, and social adaptation. It is also applicable in schools, workplaces, and group therapies.
How can I purchase PsyTechCare?

How does the subscription work?
Subscriptions are annual. Throughout your subscription you have unlimited access to VR scenarios, regular updates, and new content. You'll receive renewal reminders before expiration.
Which devices are supported?
Compatible with Meta Quest, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest Pro, Oculus Rift, and future Meta devices. We aim to deliver the best performance on these devices.
How can I use PsyTechCare in individual therapy?
You can support your individual therapy processes by selecting VR scenarios suited to your client. For example, exam-environment and relaxation scenarios can be used for a client with test anxiety.
Is PsyTechCare safe?
Yes. All scenarios are developed by our founding psychologist who authored a master's thesis in clinical psychology on this topic. Content is built around adult-safety and ethical principles and tested by psychologists from various fields. User privacy and data security are our priority.
Can I use it without training?
We provide a short training video and user guide so you can use the product effectively. If you need more in-depth support, you can always contact us.
Do you sell VR headsets?
Not at the moment — PsyTechCare provides software only. However, we can guide you through compatible devices and help you pick the best option.
Is technical support available after purchase?
Yes, our technical support team is always available. You can reach us via the support form, email, or phone.
Which languages are supported?
Currently Turkish and English are available. We plan to add more languages in the future.
Will new scenarios be added?
Yes, content development is ongoing. If you need a specific scenario, you can request it. Users who suggest scenarios get a discount on the annual subscription.
